Get rid of wrinkles, eye bags and dark circles
Fix Your Skin Looking Younger ...
Do you know what can make you older beyond your years? Surprisingly enough, it’s
not wrinkles or even gray hair. It’s actually dark circles under your eyes, because
they make you look tired and unhealthy and worn-
Medically speaking, dark circles under eyes are described as uniformly round areas of pigmentation underneath each eye. Dark circles under eyes can affect both men and women, young and old. It is a problem that most women understandably try to cover up by using make up and concealers.
This problem is often caused by another illness or medical problem, such as allergies or exhaustion. However, there is also the sad fact that this is something hereditary. If your mom or dad has this problem, then chances are you’ll have the same problem when you get to their age now.
One thing to remember is that no matter what the cause may be, there’s always a way to get rid of dark circles under eyes.
You’ll probably be surprised to find out that one of the easiest ways to prevent dark circles under eyes is to make sure you get enough sleep every night. There are two main reasons for this:
• First, have you noticed that lack of sleep makes you look paler the day before? If you look paler over all, then the dark circles under your eyes will become even more noticeable.
• Second, lack of sleep reduces circulation, which would exacerbate the problem even more.
If the dark circles under your eyes are caused by allergies, then you should always avoid whatever it is that can trigger the allergic reaction in you. Is it dust? Nuts? Whatever it is, make sure you avoid it as much as possible.
Here are some ideas that you can try in order to treat this problem.
• First, choose an eye cream that specifically targets dark circles under the eyes so that you can know for sure that the formula should work.
• Second, apply tea bags, cucumber slices and an ice cube wrapped in a very soft
cloth over your closed eyes for about 10-
• Try overnight facial masks that are made to reduce puffiness or discoloration. If the problem is caused by problems in absorbing vitamins and minerals, then you need to see a doctor to deal with this problem.
• If the main cause of the dark circles under your eyes is allergies, then you should immediately remove the allergen (the substance that is causing an allergic reaction). No amount of creams or home remedies can remove the dark circles until the allergy is cured. If having dark circles is a constant problem for you, you might have an undetected food or chemical allergy. Talk to your dermatologist to determine the allergen for your case. You might also be deficient in vitamin B6 and B12 as well as folic acid.
